What does this blinking mean?

This is a pi zero w, and im getting this blinking when i plug it in, doesnt show up on the network either, any ideas?video
weirdly enough after leaving it alone for 10 mins it started working, i guess it took a bit to boot up or something.

On first boot they have to expand the fs and restart a few times

i've been wwaiting for 10 mins already and it stilll hasn't booted up, it does this every time, could it be the sd card?

although my old 64gb sd card broke so i had to switch to a 16gb one, so it could be the card

it worked just fine yesterday though, although it was quite slow
