Modelrocket LiveCam

Hi, I want to develop a simple livecam for a model rocket, and I don't know where to start. I want the video to be sent to my phone in real time. Is it a good idea to use the pi pico w with a camera module? And what would be the appropriate range? Also, if there are any smaller options you've heard of, please let me know. Thank you!

Well, there are a few ways to connect ur phone to the pico w to transfer the video, the first obvious solution would be bluetooth, but with that comes limited range which im pretty sure is around 30m in an open field

another solution i can think of is using a cellular iot device or something, so it has access to the network via a sim card which would pretty much give u unlimited range based on connectivity
