cant write to Waveshare ESP32-C3 Mini Development Board using arduino uno

anyone know how to write to it im stuck adding more info below
i got this board

and use i overpaid but didnt want to wait 3weeks lol but i cant write to it
ofc it writes after i make a thread ill keep it here for now but has anyone had this problem before where you cant write to a board
i have all the stuff i need and tried multiple cables any one got good idea to identify what it could be
If I remember correct you need to add your user to the group "Wheel" or similar.
As I assume you have added the ESP32 environment to the Arduino
ohh yes i did all of that have the right bord and memory set
Have you already done the following?
Hardware Connection
Press the BOOT (GPIO9) key before connecting the Type-C cable each time download the firmware.
i found out what it is on the device ytou have to press reset and hold it and then press boot to put it in download mode
COMPLETED
those boards cost like 1,6€ on some chinese sites
i know just wanted it next day why i over paid as needed a board to test my code on next time AliExpress
