nextcloud BadRequestExpected filesize

hi i am using pi hosted portainer for nextcloud on my pi 5 but i get this error when i try to upload files larger than 1 gb. Is there any fix?
This is a problem for nextcloud. You can set how large the files you upload can be. But I have no idea where exactly you have to do this.
i edites php.ini and nextcloud.ini but it didn't help. i used this method to install nextcloud
so i can't find any instructions how to fix this issue
What exactly did you change in php.ini?

to 100 gb max filesize and post max size
and memory limit to 4000
i tried it already
