My Raspberry Pi is not working :/

I bought a Raspberry Pi 3b+ case but as soon as I put it in and connected it to the monitor it doesn't show me anything anymore, before I used it it worked... Could it be the cooling fan?
Because if I unplug it it should work, but nothing

Also you dont have to create a new thread for every new question. It is allowed to use the same thread and that makes it a lot easier for us

Are you using the original power supply unit or the one that came with the case?

I used to use a normal cable that worked great with the raspberry pi.. but now it doesn't even work with that one
Then try again with the other cable. Apparently the one supplied is broken or too weak.

But? If the power supply doesn't work or doesn't work properly, there's no point in using it!
You can send it back or ask the seller why it doesn't work or doesn't work properly. Maybe he will send you a replacement.
They could've just cheaped out on it
