Setting up my first ever Raspberry Pi 5

Hello I am receiving the blinking light issue where the light blinks 4 times I have no idea what I'm doing wrong please help!
This is
3 long, 1 short = SPI EEPROM error - Pi 4 and Pi 5

No idea what this means, maybe the internet will help.
Yea i found something 3 hours ago where I had to reinstall smth on my micro sd card now the light is rapid blinking
Green light rapidly blinking
Did this for 2 n half hours
This is new
I got it i believe
Please consider to post pictures in landscape and crop away unnecessary stuff! A a viualy impaired this is a PITA!
