My rpi "falls asleep" (server disconnects) after a period of time and I have to replug the wifi adapter for it to reconnect to wifi again (I host a FM webserver with my Pi and after leaving it unattended for like 10 minutes it disconnects from the wifi and falls asleep, apt still blinks)(Pwr no) Everything is run off of a powerbank. I have a usb soundcard from 3.5m to RCA stereo to usb. Wifi dongle is TPLINK

Sounds like power management settings. You say that the connection goes back up once you unplug and re-plug the dongle, without restarting the system? Could you give us some more information, like what OS the Pi is running? Are you using the official 5V power source?

I checked the wifi dongle it doesnt even support power managment

"The newest one" doesn't at all tell me what Operating system you're using. Coming on here, blaming TPlink for your problems, and being vague isn't going to get you anywhere. Everyone here is willing to help, but no one will if you expect us to give you a "magic answer". We need something to work with.
