hello, i'm trying to do a headless setup on my raspberry pi 4 but i can't find my pi on my network. i'm using a 256gb microSD card and made sure to format it to FAT32. i flashed the raspberry pi os 64-bit and also tried the lite version. i set up the wireless LAN and allowed SSH before flashing. when i try ping raspberrypi.local in my terminal i get ping: cannot resolve raspberrypi.local: Unknown host. i made sure my computer is connected on the same network. when i scan the network, i don't see my raspberry pi either. does anyone have suggestions on how i can troubleshoot this?

Has the Pi ever been in your WLAN? If not, your WLAN may be set so that new devices are not allowed to log in simply because they know the password. Did you enter the host name “raspberrypi” during installation or did you set something else?
