PI refuses connection trough ip adress in browser

I recently installed AdGuard trough the ssh terminal over the network and when I try to get on the ui of AdGuard trough the IP daress of the pi on the browser is says: "ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED"

Did you only enter the ip or ip+port?
