How to use stream deck with pi os

currently found a link to a pi australia short guide to install streamdeck_ui. the issue i am having is i dont know how to install a virtual env and set the path for the python3 install to work correctly. i am using a raspberry pi 5 with pi os installed. i would like to be able to connect a phone to use as a mobile stream deck to create shortcuts on my desktop env. Thanks in advance to anyone that may help!
